  • 1 ripe strawberry
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 

Use a spoon and crush the strawberry into a pulp and mix with the baking soda, add water if needed. Apply to teeth and leave for 5 minutes maximum, then brush for 1 minute. Rinse mouth. Make sure you rinse thoroughly and brush teeth with a fluoride tooth paste to remove the acid from damaging your teeth.  

The Lemon Method 

  • Juice of Half Lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 

Mix the lemon juice and baking soda into a paste and brush teeth for around 2 minutes, you must thoroughly rinse and clean your teeth to remove any acid as this will cause tooth decay.
